ART FOR EVERYONE
Since 2005, Aguafuerte Galería has been transforming itself into a vital place for the exhibition of contemporary art by national and foreign artists, consecrated and emerging artists from the most diverse artistic disciplines aimed at a public increasingly avid for art and culture, we offer varied and risky exhibitions around the figurative or abstract, the political, the social, local and global issues, inclusive art. We have developed countless activities, including exhibitions, art workshops, book presentations and auctions, with the participation of more than a thousand artists. The gallery has held multiple extramural exhibitions not only in Mexico, but in Spain and Argentina.
In addition to temporary exhibitions, Aguafuerte has dedicated itself to building an important collection of works by artists such as Carrington, Gustave Courbet, Cuevas, Toledo, Felguérez, Vicente Rojo, Tamayo, Mérida, among others. The proposals of the artists are permanently exhibited, the variety of works and prices allows people who visit the gallery to take a piece within reach of their budget.
Our main headquarters is located in CDMX in the heart of Colonia Roma and constitutes a point of reference for art in the city, we have offices in Val´Quirico, Tlaxcala and Tequisquiapan, Querétaro.
In November 2020 We celebrate 15 years with a great exhibition, we also renew our image, in 2021 we will carry out different activities and exhibitions of great interest to continue celebrating our anniversary.
